Flower Sprouts® are a cross between Brussels sprouts and kale which, unlike Brussels sprouts, remain open and resemble attractive, colorful flowers. They grow on tall, upright plants just like Brussels sprouts. The tender, mildly flavored sprouts have an excellent eating quality and are suitable for sales to high-end restaurants and specialty markets. They are excellent lightly steamed or sautéed. One marketing suggestion is to sell them in clam shells. Not quite as hardy to cold weather as Brussels sprouts or kale. This mix contains three varieties. Avg. 117,800 seeds/lb. Packet: 40 seeds.
SCIENTIFIC NAME: Brassica oleracea
CULTURE: Flower Sprouts® will produce the best florets when planted in fertile soils with a pH above 6.5-7.5. To maintain steady growth, irrigate in dry weather and fertilize at 75% the amount of nitrogen as you would Brussels sprouts. Please see our production guide #8851 for full information on growing, topping, disease and pest control, and harvest.

Returns
If seeds fail to leave China, we will refund your payment 100%. But if seeds fail to reach you due to customs problem on your side which we were not informed in advance, we will not be able to bear any loss, and no refund will be made.
We sell only viable plants seeds online, and test germination of our seeds from time to time. So we will not be able to refund for seeds that clients fail to germinate, unless we are convinced that it's truly problem of our seeds.
