New! Dark purple curly kale.
Strikingly beautiful color unmatched by other purple kales we have trialed. Plants are highly uniform. Dark blue-green leaves with a purple blush and bright purple petioles and ribs, even in summer! The highly curled, textured leaves make a handsome bunch. Compared to Redbor, plants are shorter and more compact, but since the leaves grow closer together the harvest is comparable. Rubybor’s purple color nicely complements the red color of Redbor.
